TIME IN WORDS - QLOCKTWO App Reviews

Looks great on iPad!

No it doesnt populate the whole screen but the original is square.. So thats all good. But, the original clock from Germany has a night light feature ( All the letters light up) and an alarm clock feature. Please consider adding these features.. It would make this a 5 star app for sure!

Good, but it could use an update.

Its sleek, and thats what youre paying for. Id like to be able to disable its touch-screen controls so I could leave it in my pocket without it being French when I pull it out.

About as exciting as watching a stapler

I saw all of the instructions about changing the language. It was still really difficult to do. Really bad UI. Why not default language to iOS settings? That would make this app useable. Right now the largest UI feature is setting the language, and that does not work very well. Once language is set, not very exciting. Not worth a dollar.

Great and Unique

Easy to use. I think it keeps things simple in a complicated world and it does so with STYLE. Wish I Could afford the up coming watch....Enjoy!

Not cool

Its super cool on the iPhone, BUT there is no way to display as a wallpaper. Its not cool by the time I check the app to look at the time I could have just looked at the top of my screen a million times.

Not that great

The app works fine but the fact that I have to go through the lock screen that had the time on it and then select the app just seems dumb. Wouldnt mind my 99 cents back. If they update it so u can make it ur lock screen it would be much more useful

Better job at balancing

I really like the actual qlocktwo and qlocktwo touch, but as an iPhone app, this should have been designed more as an iPhone version rather than a duplicate of the real thing. I know the text can be made to fill up the whole screen. On the other hand, there are some features on the actual clock that arent on here such glowing text or sleep mode. Despite all this, this app is still really cool. I just know it can be better.

Yawner

Kind of a yawner, really. As for changing the language, remember the old Internet. RTFM.

Works well and yes you can lock the orientation

It is not an $1100 clock like its namesake, but it does exactly as described. People that are using it on the iPad (not sure why you would use it on an iPhone) can set the switch on your pad to lock the orientation. This works on every app. Makes a nice dock clock. Hope the next version adds more features like an alarm.

Time in words, waste of time and money

It was only 99c but what I waste of money, it does not work time shows the same time no matter what time it is does not change. Wish I did not buy, no support as well dont buy.

Not worth getting

Great app on theory. The app does not work in the lock screen. The app only works in app which I find ridiculous, because the lock screen and home screen will show the time two time before the app is ever open. App needs to work in lock screen without having to jail break.

Meh

I gave it 2 stars only because it is EXACTLY what its described as. I love the whole idea of a Qlock app - but this one doesnt do anything. I was hoping, since I paid for it, that I could make this my default clock and have it show on the lock screen and also as a sort of live wall paper. Nope. Alarm? Nope. I really hope they update the **** out of this app because if they dont, Ive wasted the dollar.

Home Screen Lock

The app is really cool, although it lacks some creativity on what you can really do with it. Main reason I bought this app was because I thought it had an option to set as home screen lock... Otherwise this is useless :/

Love QlockTwo!

I saw the QlockTwo Classic in a store window in Germany last year, and have been dreaming about buying one ever since. Cant quite afford the $1,100 price tag just yet, but in the meantime this is a fabulous, affordable alternative. I love it!!! Multiple languages offered, but Im sticking with the German display. Ausgezeichnetes App, und fünf Sterne gut verdient!!!

Lock screen

Pointless if u need to launch app need a lock screen feature

Bad app

Pretty cool but useless. You have to open the app to see the hour!!

Useless

Nice if you open the app. Thought it was a cute home screen.

Beautiful but ..

It would infinitely be more useful as a lock screen feature. I would be willing to pay higher for that.

Great

Really cool design! Ps to change it to English just swipe till the words form EN

Very nice app.. too bad it’s not for Nano 6th gen

This app works as promised and is very stylish… I’m not buying a era; Qlocktwo anytime soon so this makes a nice alternative… too bad it’s not for the iPod Nano 6th gen. it would make a perfect face for the watch function, and look almost EXACTLY like the real thing on someone’s wrist (like mine) :D
